5S.d. - -rios aus dem Demos Kephale und seine Mitvorsitzenden. Beschluss von Rat und
6Volk; Polemaios S.d. Diaites aus dem Demos Hagnous stellte den Antrag: Da die vom
7Volk gewählten Männer für die öffentlichen Einnahmen im dem Jahr
8des Archons Timesianax - - -
9der Einkünfte und wiederhergestellt haben - - -
10die Schatzmeister für die bezeichneten Banken - - -; – Damit nun der

15dass die Vorsitzenden, die zum Vorsitz für die kommende
16Volksversammlung erlost sein werden, hierüber verhandeln lassen und die Beschlussvorlage des Rates in
17die Volksversammlung einbringen, wonach der Rat es für gut befindet, dass man belobige die gewählten
18Männer und bekränze einen jeden von ihnen mit goldenem Kranz gemäß
19den früheren Beschlüssen; dass von ihnen allen auch
20die Namen entsprechend den Gremien aufzeichne auf zwei steinerne Stelen und aufstelle die
21(Stele) mit den in der Stadt gewählten vor dem Buleuterion in der
22Stadt, die mit dem für den Piäus gewählten vor der Generalität im Handelskontor
23der Schatzmeister der Militärkasse in dem Jahr des Archons Hippias,
24Philon, anderenfalls ihm Rechenschaft zu legen nicht erlaubt ist; und dass er die für die Herstellung
25und die Aufzeichnung auf die beiden Stelen entstandenen Kosten
26begleiche und auf die Rechnung setze.

6People decided. Polemaios son of Daitios of Hagnous proposed: since the men
7elected by the People in charge of the revenues[1] for the year of the archonship of

18men, and crown each of them with a gold crown in accordance
19with the previous decrees; and to inscribe the names of them all
20according to their place of session on two stone stelai and stand the one for
21those elected in the city in front of the Council chamber in the city,
22and the one for those elected for the Piraeus before the general’s office in the market.
23The treasurer of the military fund, Philion, in the year of the archonship of Hippias (181/0), shall do this,
24or he shall not be permitted to render his accounts, and for the making
